New Stamp Issues Info

Singapore will issue the next set in the zodiac series on 18 January 2008. This year it is the Year of the Rat - 3 stamps will be issued with values of 1st Local (26c), 65c, $1.10.

To celebrate the opening of Singapore Changi Airports third terminal, the postal authority will issue a set 4 stamps with values of 1st Local (26c), 65c, $1.10 & $2 on 9th January 2008.
(further info will be added as soon as we get it)

The first stamp issue released in 2008 will feature a selection of the meteorological and navigational signals used in Jersey and celebrates the 300th anniversary of the Fort Regent Signal Station.

We’ve just received word that Botswana issued a new set set of defintives on 1st November.
The set of 14 stamps feature butterlies from the territory. Values range from 10t to P20.

Pitcairn have released their last issue for 2007, entitled ‘Ocean Fish.’
The six stamps, all priced at $1, feature the most common large ocean fish harvested by the islanders:

Tristan da Cunha have released a set of 6 stamps to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the death of Diana, Pincess of Wales.
The six values, each of 50p, feature different photographs of the princess.
